Dr. Alison MacKay Lyons

Veterinarian
Ali grew up in rural Upper Kingsburg and the urban north end of Halifax. She graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in the spring of 2015 and joined South Shore Veterinary Services shortly thereafter. She has a keen interest in equine ambulatory medicine, lameness and small animal surgery. In her spare time Ali enjoys hiking with her husband Nathan and their two Leonburgers, giving horseback riding lessons at Sea Horse Farm, tending to her parents Shobac sheep, running road races and traveling. She is delighted to be home and working in this beautiful part of the world.
