Dr. Julia Case
Veterinarian
Dr. Julia Case is originally from rural Newfoundland but grew up across many parts of Canada, eventually settling in Alberta. After obtaining a science degree from the University of Lethbridge, she attended vet school at the University of Calgary. During her final year of school, she realized that she missed her east coast roots and convinced her very-prairie fiancé Cameron to give Nova Scotia a chance!
Dr. Julia holds a strong interest in all aspects of mixed animal practice but particularly enjoys opportunities to work with cats, dogs, and farm animals of all kinds. When not at the clinic, you’ll probably find her learning how to do home improvement projects in her century house, training her Malinois Valla to do scent work, and playing with her goats Watson and Sherlock. She is very excited to explore her new home and join the team at South Shore!
